The cold brought a couple of mice in. Fortunately, we have pest and exterminator service with Preventive. They came out next day and helped us identify the problem areas. Brad was incredibly helpful and pinpointed areas of concern and reinforced the garage door barriers. He was knowledgeable about what to expect and how our foam insulation actually magnified the sound of owls and other birds on our roof. We didn’t expect that. I had a squirrel problem. Called 4 different places and decided to go with Preventive Pest Control because I got a good vibe from them. I spoke with a girl named Jessica, and she was so nice and helpful. She had someone come out as soon as possible. Daniel was the one who came out and did the inspection and then let me know how much it would be to fix the problem. They had 2 people out here the next day fixing everything. I've had them for only a few days, but I don't hear the squirrels anymore. I also sent them over to my dad's to check out his rodent problem; needless to say, he also hired them to help with his situation.

I'm a single woman who absolutely hates any bug or rodent. I mean to the extent that I will run out of the house if I see one and won't go back in till it's gone or until I realize I'm bigger than it and I pay the bills in the house. I bought a 1920's home on pier and beam, so I knew that the first thing I needed was pest control. Preventive Pest Control came out, inspected, and quoted me a reasonable price. What I loved the most about this company was their honesty. They told me that for the first month I may see more activity, but then it would begin to diminish. They were right, and I can say after a year I am almost bug-free in the home; if they do get in, they are dead. Their customer service is amazing, the service people are friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go out of their way to help you solve a problem.
