Austin was great. He contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He treated the areas that I had concerned with and said to call if it persists. Love this about Preventive Pest Control because if you still have a problem they'll come out as part of your service agreement. By the way, I've been using this service for years. I took a year break due to financial reasons but came back as soon as I could. So this is an updated review.
