I'm a single woman who absolutely hates any bug or rodent. I mean to the extent that I will run out of the house if I see one and won't go back in till it's gone or until I realize I'm bigger than it and I pay the bills in the house. I bought a 1920's home on pier and beam, so I knew that the first thing I needed was pest control. Preventive Pest Control came out, inspected, and quoted me a reasonable price. What I loved the most about this company was their honesty. They told me that for the first month I may see more activity, but then it would begin to diminish. They were right, and I can say after a year I am almost bug-free in the home; if they do get in, they are dead. Their customer service is amazing, the service people are friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go out of their way to help you solve a problem. They are truly great, and I'm happy I chose them! Austin and many of their employees are great!!

Lizbeth was great. She identified the roaches as German roaches, and told me I’m going to be needing a special type of procedure to kill all of them, as there is a roach infestation in my dishwasher. I am going to be calling the company to make an appointment for that very soon. Lizbeth showed me the roaches, and also took a picture of them and identified them for me. She is very intelligent, and she knows her stuff.
